Have I mentioned how much I love this show yet? Well, I LOVE it. It’s so wrong, but so hilarious – just what you need after a long week at work when you’re feeling a little brain-dead. Charlie Day pretty much RULES.
Have you ever hit a milestone in your career where you finally feel like you’re where you’re supposed to be? That confident “you” you’ve always wanted? Well, this month, I found her. For an afternoon I felt like I was in my own episode of Mad Men. So, I celebrated . . . with new boots.
What’s that point in your career where you knew you were where you were supposed to be and could do anything?! Please share your exciting moments!
Hola. Another week. Work, work, work. That’s all we do. And we love it ;). But we love it even more when we can still enjoy the little things each day, like hearty laughs, little break-throughs and late night talks. I’m on my second cup of coffee right now and thinking about everything under the sun. Like duvets and Valetine’s Day, and Hawaii and Robby. Last night we had some friends over, and had the BEST time. We’re so blessed to know such good people, here and everywhere. Feeling super thankful and anxious this morning! Here’s what brought me joy last week:
1. Girls night at Sarah’s vineyard for wine and truffle-making!
2. My new watch. Can you tell I love the color grey?
3. Hawaiian burgers, made by my man.
4. Mexican hot chocolate on a rainy morning.
What brought you joy last week?
Temps were in the high 60s this past weekend, so we got out as much as we could. We also took down the Christmas tree {FINALLY}. In case I’ve never mentioned it, I really love our church, Vintage Faith. Sometimes I feel like we moved here JUST to go to this church. It feels like home. I appreciate these weekends when we don’t have any plans. It’s fun to wake up and know that the ENTIRE day is wide open for adventure.
