“The Santa Cruz” is seriously the best sandwich you’ll ever eat. I normally order it from the local grocery store deli, but have adapted it so it has less calories.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Whole wheat thin buns
- Oven-roasted turkey breast
- ‘Best Foods’ mayonnaise
- Honey mustard
- Spinach
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
Put it all together and voila – deliciousness!
- Total calories {according to my Fitness Pal} = 404
This stays fresh for a while and is great for lunch at work or in the park.

That does look yummy. I think my new sandwich that I like is the BBQ pulled chicken with slaw on a toasted sesame seed bun. I got that recipe from a dear freind of mine. She loves to cook and try all kind of recipes.
